Spread over two separate sites with secure access, our operations centres are located in Levallois-Perret and Toulouse, guaranteeing continuity of service.

24 engineers oversee hosted infrastructure, managing and maintaining infrastructure equipment in good operational condition, handling any incidents, as well as providing level 1 and 2 support in both French and English 24/7.

Dealing with incidents, as well as managing and escalating them, are the responsibility of Ozitem’s Service Desk. An entire team is dedicated to responding to the operational support requests of our customers. Our Service Desk department is a relatively recent addition to the Ozitem Group and completes our wide range of managed services, which were traditionally managed from our operations centres.

Located in vibrant town of Labège in Toulouse, the Service Desk is the single point of contact for our customers’ users, providing the highest level of expertise available in office environments. As such, the Ozitem Group can offer the complete range of managed services, integrating infrastructure (operations centres) and office environments (service desk).

They work from within the Technical Department and each cover several different areas of expertise, including networks and security, networks and virtualisation, networks and systems, and much more.

Our experts are all engineers with advanced qualifications, such as Cisco CCIE and CCNP certifications.

Our project managers oversee the implementation and operational leadership of every project.

They manage all the operations, from kick-off meetings to final sign-off, always in line with the predefined action plans as agreed with customers.

Our Quality Manager is responsible for our structured and systematic quality processes.

She ensures every member of the team has the processes, methods and tools they need:

  • to deliver a service that responds to the needs of our customers;
  • to constantly improve to make our customers even happier.

Our quality procedure was first launched back in 2013 and today incorporates all the ITIL good practice guidelines that apply to our industry. Our quality management system has been ISO 9001 certified since 2015.
